Have just worked my way through the BBC 'contact us' -( they really don't want you to). I wanted to select some tracks from my favourite Sunday evening Radio2 programmes, to transfer to spotify, to listen again. Some programmes have a full playlist, so you can select the ones you want, and export them. So if it's ok to do it on one radio2 programme, why is it not available on all of them? Especially since my favourites happen to be ancient tracks from more than 30 years ago.
No doubt they will quote the usual 'rights' issues, but I can't see why some are available, and others not. Methinks they can't be bothered providing the service for all programmes. I listen online, since I live in France, and it's nice to hear my own language sometimes.
