Error 2032 (Mac)

Hello, I have been trying to download the BBC iPlayer but every time I try Adobe tells me that it is impossible to download it, it shows error 2032. What can I do to solve his problem? Thanks!

I suggest you disable your Firewall before you try and install BBC iPlayer.
