No iplayer red button

Has anyone got a solution for this. I have an Echostar box with a wireless connection between the computer and the Tv which has been working just fine up to this week. Now my TV has lost the iplayer link in the Red button menu and I cannot access the iplayer. It is still available on the computer. I contacted EchoStar and have put in the latest update but it has made no difference.
