New Useless BBC iPlayer

Hey guys, I didn't think it was possible but the new version of BBC iPlayer I recently downloaded is worse than the old one. I still have 10% of programs not playing at all, unable to play a program off-line and a terrible user interface. NOW I have a symptom of buffering problems but it cannot be as it is downloaded.

The BBC IT Department appear to be a bunch of cowboys.
