can't access Iplayer from outside uk

until 3 days ago I watched the Iplayer with hotspot shield elite, worked perfectly well, can still watch tv in the usa and aust. it worked on the first day the new iplayer, for a little while, and again just once when I downloaded my programmes, since then nothing, just says on the screen Iplayer can't work outside the uk, I have paid until sept 2014. can you help, I miss it a lot TY
